As a Global Supply Chain Planner you will have a key role to support Nokian Tyres growth. Your main responsibility is to manage the supply from multiple factories. You will work closely with the Demand and Production Planning teams, Product & Innovations and Logistics teams. We are looking for a strong team player with the can-do attitude and suitable skill set to contribute in building the future supply chain of Nokian Tyres.Key responsibilities: Drive appropriate inventory strategy to achieve company objectives on revenue and cost based on the demand plan. Analyze, communicate and monitor the impacts of supply changes related to production, demand and logistics Providing availability information from factories to internal customers Maintain a long-term supply plan, highlighting risks and opportunities based on demand plan and various constraints identified Maintain actionable weekly supply plan from factories to ensure sufficient transportation capacity Evaluate and create warehouse replenishments from factories Ensure demand plan is correctly translated to production needs Lead S&OP alignment between Global Supply Chain and Business Area Supply Chain (Maintain long-term supply plan, highlight risks and opportunities based on demand plan and various constraints identified?) In close collaboration with the Products and Innovations team ensure that new products are available on time Report Supply Planning performance to various stakeholders Identify and contribute to systemic improvements to reduce supply chain costs, to drive efficiencies, and to drive continuous improvements. Accurately maintain all Supply Chain data to optimize supply planning performance To be successful in this position, we expect you would ideally have B. Sc. or M.Sc. degree in supply chain, information technology or logistics More than 5 years professional experience in supply chain Knowledge and understanding of inventory management principles Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make critical decisions Ability to present complex information to all levels of the organization Strong communication skills and ability to communicate to multiple levels within company Ability to challenge the status quo and think ?outside the box' Our way of working Our talented people, energizing collaboration, and agile way of working ensure that we achieve great results together.
