The condition is good, the control back/front angles works fine, however for the height the pump pressure is not very responsive for a heavier person, so as I am 100kg I have placed a permanent tube (see picture) to keep it at a permanent height. If you like the same height there is no problem, but if you want to change it, you need to change the size of the tube by cutting it, and I can suggest a way. It could be that it is fine if you are a lighter person though.
