DO NOT use dishwasher!Then dry by heating the pan on the stovetop. Store dry.For rough cleaning of the pan, cover the bottom of the pan with coarse salt. Heat the pan on a high temperature for 1 – 2 minutes, then pour off the salt and dry the pan with paper. The product takes on a gray shade, which means that it is fine to burn the product in with new rapeseed oil:Dry the product and apply a thin (a few drops) layer of rapeseed oilPlace the product on high heat on the stove or alternatively in the oven (products with wooden details must not be placed in the oven)After 10-15 minutes the oil has burned in and the product is black againIf food remains are burned on, the pan can be cleaned with Svinto or similar, after which the cast iron pot should be burned in again.
