Fourth instalment of the found footage horror anthology franchise comprising five segments connected to the discovery of a warehouse full of dead cultists and a collection of VHS tapes by a police SWAT team. The directors to contribute are Simon Barrett, Chloe Okuno, Ryan Prows, Jennifer Reeder and Timo Tjahjanto. The featured stories include a reporter tracking a monster reputed to live in the town's storm drains, a funeral home employee left to host a wake overnight for a man who might not be dead after all, a mad scientist conducting human experiments and a group of white supremacists holding a vampire hostage.
